Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $250 (after discounts and before tax).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also follow your shipment through the Track Your Order page on our website.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Divitia Luxe is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered orders due to incorrect shipping details entered at checkout. Please ensure your name, address, and contact information are accurate before completing your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are unable to replace or refund orders once they are confirmed delivered.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our fulfillment begins quickly, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified once submitted. Please confirm all details prior to completing checkout.
