Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Divitia Luxe, we uphold strict quality and hygiene standards for all hair extensions and wigs. To maintain product integrity, we offer limited returns under the guidelines below.

Return & Exchange Window
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Unopened and unused

  • Ties/labels intact and unremoved

  • Not brushed, washed, combed, or installed

  • Not colored, bleached, or chemically processed

  • Not cut, altered, or tampered with in any way

Any item showing signs of handling, wear, or modification will not be eligible.

Verification Process
Email our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video showing the product in its original condition. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Store Credit Only
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered under any circumstance.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. If the item is lost or damaged during return transit, responsibility falls solely on the sender.

Processing Time
Once received, returns require up to 5 business days for inspection and for store credit to be added to your account.

Exchanges
To exchange an item:

  1. Return the product for store credit.

  2. Place a new order using your issued credit.
